The Terrell County School System's Office of Student Services is hosting a Mandatory Scoliosis Screenings for 6th and 8th graders. The event will be held on February 24 - 26, 2026 at Terrell County Middle School during regular school hours. These screenings are part of the required health services.
The Terrell County School System will dismiss early on Friday, September 19, 2025. Car riders at Cooper Carver Elementary School will be released at 11:15 a.m., while bus riders will be released at 11:30 a.m. Students at Terrell County Middle School and Terrell County High School will be released at 11:45 a.m. Car riders will be pick up at the front of the middle high school. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
On July 1, 2025, Dr. Shereca R. Harvey began her tenure as Superintendent of the Terrell County School System. In a message to employees, Harvey stated, "Each of you brings knowledge, heart, and a deep commitment to our mission. Because of you, our school system remains strong, and I genuinely believe this year holds tremendous promise for all of us. Let me be clear: this work is not about me or any one of us as individuals.
